As Supplier manager you will participate as a member of the Group Executive supply chain management team, providing strategic leadership and vision in support of the corporate function including supply chain strategy, supplier selection, contract terms and conditions, development of overall purchasing processes, supplier management and procedures as well as supplier consolidation/reduction. This senior position will also require that the incumbent play an active role as mentor and coach to team members as while supporting the closer integration of Material Planning, SQA and Buying departments.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related degree is considered a pre-requisite and preference will be given to applicants with an additional Masters Degree or MBA from a leading business school. We expect a minimum of 5 years of purchasing/supply chain management experience in progressively senior positions preferably within a metals and composite materials manufacturing environment. Key to your success in the role will be your ability to provide strategic leadership and support for the development of the entire supply chain and in maximizing the opportunities to leverage the organization’s total buying position.
